Her Legacy lives on in the people she has left behind.

A devoted Christian Woman, Wife, Mother, Cookie Grandma - Betty Jean Cardy Morgan - was born in Rockford, IL May 31, 1932. Betty lived in Brandon Florida since 1971. Active at  Limona Village Chapel  1971- 1987 then Westminster Presbyterian Church 1987-2012 then First UM Church 2012- present. Betty was a Channel 8 Weather Watcher for 20 years with Mr. Jim Smith from 1987 to 2010. As an LPN, Betty worked in labor and delivery at Saint Joseph's Women's Hospital in Tampa. She was known for being a cookie baker. Always having a smile and a homemade cookie for anyone that stopped by. Her greatest legacy is the family she leaves behind.

She joined her husband of 62 years Daniel Morgan Sr. in heaven on August 12, 2023. Preceded in death by her parents George W. & Stella Petty Cardy.

Dan & Betty's 5 children are Susan Wood, Karen Yeager, Melody Gleason, Daniel Morgan Jr. & Mary Ippolito. There are 14 grandchildren and 26 great grandchildren.
