Barbara Jane Williams, 83, passed away on September 4th 2022, in her sleep.  She was born in Boston, MA on August 13th to Dan and Muriel Carroll who preceded her in death.  She was a graduate of BHS, class of '59'.  As a certified Dental assistant, she worked in Washington State and in Brandon.  She was an Army wife and Police Officer wife for 60 years.

She married her classmate on September 29th 1961.  She was a stay at home Mom caring for her two children.  School volunteering at Yates Elementary and reading were her passions.

Survivors include her husband, Colonel E. D. Williams, Chief of Police(Retired), Daughter Julie (Paul) Meyer, Son Lamar (Toni) Williams, Grandchildren Danny Tindall (Megan and AJ), Shane Tindall (Kylie), Peter Williams, Megan Williams (Thomas), Great Grandchild Christopher Shane Tindall Jr.  Cousin Pam Hile and lifelong family member Chris Rosebush.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
