Ward, Arthur "Art" 77, of Gibsonton passed away peacefully at his home October 27, 2022. Born in West Virginia, he left home at an early age and joined the carnival. He travel on the road all over the U.S. and met many wonderful people. He settled down in Gibsonton about 1980 and would hang out around the Giant's Camp. It was there he met his soulmate of 40 years, Judy Calhoun (predeceased December 27, 2021). He was a past member of the International Independent Showmen's Association and retired from Waste Management. He is survived by Judy's daughter, Julie (Richard) Fears, grandson John Bolt and close friend Gene Gillette. Art had requested no services.
