Arthur J. Rine Jr., retired Army, passed away on Thursday, April 18, 2019.  He is survived by his beloved wife, Mary; his children: Laura, Steve & Sandi (Adam) Skindel; two grandchildren: A.J. & Marissa (Edward) Pandes and one great grandchild, Dominic.  A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, May 1, 2019 @ 1:00pm at the Brandon Elks Lodge, 800 Centennial Lodge Drive, Brandon, FL.
