Raschke, Arthur, 73, of Valrico, passed away on April 1, 2016. He proudly served in the US Navy, was an avid golfer and enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his wife, Harriet, his parents Donald and Helen, and his sister Jacquelyn. Arthur is survived by his loving family, sons, Scott (Christi) and Kurt (Heidi); brothers, Ron and Jim; and grandchildren, Natalie and Jake. There will be a memorial service on April 15th at 11 A.M. at Apostles Lutheran Church. Arthur will be inurned at Bay Pines National Cemetery beside his wife, Harriet. The family asks that donations be made on his tribute page to the Alzheimer's Association (www.alz.org) in lieu of flowers.
