GOMEZ, Antonio C. 82 of Ruskin passed away on Wednesday, August 15, 2007. Antonio moved to the area 4 years ago from Chicago and was a member of Nativity Catholic Church. He is pre-deceased by: brother, Luis Gomez; sisters, Guadalupe Rangel and Teresa Rojas. He is survived by: his loving wife of 61 years, Conception; sons, Anthony Jr. (Doris), Gus, Daniel (Paula), and Julio, Samuel (Teresa) Gomez; daughters, Mary E. Burde (Steven), Laura Roberts (Sam), Mary H. Tanis (Dale), and Belinda Carbo (Ernest); brothers, Basilio, Jose, Martin, and Alfredo Gomez; 26 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 5:00 PM on Saturday, August 18, 2007 at Serenity Meadows Memorial Park Chapel, 6919 Providence Rd., Riverview. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
