Simms, Anthony Wall, 78, of The Villages, passed away on April 22, 2021. Anthony was a beloved husband, father, and grandfather. He worked as a lineman for Tampa Electric for 41 years. He enjoyed motorcycles, woodworking, tree trimming, and fixing broken things. Tony & Pat actively fostered Cavalier King Charles Spaniels. He is preceded in death by his brothers, Stanley Simms, Randall Simms, and Donnie Simms; sister, Bernadette Simms; and grandson, David Wilkerson. Anthony is survived by his loving family, wife of 40 years, Patricia Simms; daughter, Debra Brown; brother, John S (Cindy) Simms; sisters, Josephine Williams and Mary Moore; grandchildren, Natasha Mefford; great-grandchildren, Sean, David, Tyler, Peyton, Skyler; and great-great-grandchild, Valisha. There will be a celebration of life on Wednesday, May 12, 2021 at 3:00 pm at The Barn at Winthrop, 11349 Bloomingdale Ave, Riverview,  with a reception immediately following.
