Anna Belle Bugbee Stowe was the daughter of Cecil Williard Bugbee and Lulabelle Goolsby Bugbee, born in Florida on 21 September 1927.

She married Marlin Tilbert Stowe, son of William Philip Stowe and Eleanor Barbara Marie Erbe Stowe on 1 July 1949 in Tampa, Florida.  She is survived and loved by her three sons, David Marlin Stowe (Georgette), Ted Ryan Stowe (Roberta "Robbin") and Timothy Douglas Stowe, five grandchildren and great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and friends.

She had one  "Little Cousin" Norma Frazier who resides in Riverview, Florida, who devotedly sent Anna letters every week during the last three years of her life.

It was her request that she be cremated and her ashes placed with her husband's and buried next to her parents in Hackney Cemetery, Riverview, Florida.  A graveside service will take place at the time the headstone is received and ready for placement.
