Angela Gloria Phlilips-Moore, a loving wife, sister, aunt and friend, peacefully passed away at the age of 84 at her home in Florida on February 17, 2023. She was born on January 16, 1939 in Colon, Republic of Panama to the late Harold and Doalice Anastacia Philipps.
