Blotto, Andre Pierre, of Brandon, FL, passed away on December 18, 2009. Born in Paris, France on December 31, 1915, Andre was a mechanical engineer. His successful career took him to France and Morocco. He spent his retirement years between France and Florida. An avid reader, he was passionate about world history, politics and aviation. He loved nature, watching birds and tending to his garden. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Amparo, brother, Pierre, and sister, Lucette. He is survived by his daughter, Lydia Melli, son in law, Claude Melli, granddaughters, Cynthia B Gallentine and Corinne B Curtin, nieces Edwige and Brigitte Blotto, nephew, Marc Leclerc and grandnephews, Olivier and Sebastien. His final resting place will be at Serenity Meadows Memorial Park in Riverview, Florida.
