Santiago, Alicia 88, of Lithia passed away on Tuesday January 24, 2012. Born on Ponce, Puerto Rico, Mrs. Santiago had been a local resident for 19 years. She was a member of the Red Hat Society and she enjoyed crafts, crocheting and word find puzzles. She is preceded in death by her husband Armando and is survived by her son Armando, Jr.; daughter, Alida, six grandchildren, Rukhshana; Armando III; Michael, Rachel; Tina; Tiffany; eight great-grandchildren, Cassandra; Sage; Damian; Peter; Kayshawn; Kimmora; Shavon; and Kennedi. The family will receive friends on Friday, January 27, 2012 at Serenity Meadows Funeral Home from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. A funeral service will be held at Ministerio Casa Restauracin at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 28, 2012. Burial will follow at Hillsboro Memorial Gardens.
