Barbet, Alberto A. 69, passed away in the early hours on Saturday. He is a native of the Republic of Panama. He immigrated to the US as a young man, he later moved with his family to Florida. He worked as a Deputy in Hillsborough County and served as a Captain in the US Army. He was a man of few words, but a very loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, cousin and close friend to many. Left to cherish his memory his devoted wife Sidia, Sons: Alberto Jr., Carlos (Koraly), Daughter Tamara, four grandchildren; Sisters: Yolanda Barbet Phillps, Diana (Jerry) Jarvis, several cousins, nephews and nieces. As well as former spouse and mother of his children Esther Barbet. He is preceded in death by his parents Roberto and Genetha Barbet.
