Adeline Yesenia Rivera-Jones joined the angels in heaven on March 31, 2017. She is the beloved daughter of Reyna and Darius; sister to Nadia and Delilah; and granddaughter of Maria Rejes, Tonya Meredith, and Darrell Jones. There will be a funeral service on Friday, April 7, 2017 at 2:00 pm at Serenity Meadows Funeral Home.
